Reservation
and payment

Reservation can
be made by e-mail, phone or letter.
To confirm
and ensure the reservation a deposit of 25% of the total rental
amount must be paid. The remaining 75% must be paid 4 weeks
before the arrival.
If reservation
is made within 4 weeks of arrival date, the full rental amount
must be paid at the reservation.
Payments to be
made by bank transfer.

Insurance

Please notice
that it is possible to take a holiday insurance that covers
damages the tenant may incur while living in the rental home.
Travel insurances
are also available, to cover cancellation expenses.

Security deposit
A security
deposit is required for all our rentals. It is made to ensure
immediate payment for any smaller damages and/or telephone
and extra electricity charge.
Refund
is subject to property's conditions at leaving.

Charges

The rental price
includes a normal use of gas, water and electricity. Excessive
use will be billed and the amount will be deduced from the
security deposit.
Use of
bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels is not included
on the rental price. They can be rented and paid locally;
The property
should be left in the same good cleaning conditions as it
was found. Any necessary extra cleaning time will be charged
20€/per hour. This also applies to garden and pool.
For lost
keys a charge of 50€ will be applied, plus cost of keys,
plus locksmith if needed.

Arrival and departure
Normal arrival
time is after 16.00 and departure is before 10.00.
The guest is
expected to inform the agency of his/her arrival time so that
we can welcome you to the home.
Prior to arrival, the agency will send the complete home address
and directions.

Our
responsibility

The agency liability
is limited to damages and losses caused intentionally or by
gross negligence.
The agency reserves
the right to cancel the rental before or after payment of
the total rental price in special cases like unforeseen major
repairs of the holiday home. In this case we will arrange
to offer another rental home with similar standing and location
or to refund the full amount paid.
We are not responsible
for any change not related directly to the accommodation,
such as beach conditions, shops, environmental condition etc...
Neither the owners
nor the agency can accept any responsibility for injury or
damage to guests or any members of their families and/or their
party.
If guests have
any complaints about the holiday home, they should contact
the agency immediately and we will do our utmost to solve
the problem. We can not accept any complaints that are received
after departure, unless guests have informed us during their
stay and in writing to us within 2 weeks after departure.

Tenant's
obligations
The number of
persons staying in the house/flat cannot exceed the number
stated in the rental agreement without the agency's explicit
accept. Additional beds, tents, caravans in the garden are
not allowed. Special events, such as wedding, birthdays, receptions
etc., must have our agreement.
Tenants shall
leave the home in the same general condition as it was found
at the arrival. This means also good clean condition (dishes
washed, refrigerator empty, oven cleaned), no garbage bags
must be left; charge for final cleaning is calculated for
a normal tidy up, any necessary cleaning time beside this
will be charged. This also applies to garden and pool.
Supervision of
the swimming pool area is the tenant's responsibility.
The tenant's
responsibility for damages to the home is not limited to the
amount of the security deposit.

Warning

The agency reserves
the right to cancel the rental at any moment in cases where
the guest or member of the family or friends of the guest
act in a threatening way, incur damages to the rental property,
make extreme noise, exceed the capacity, or incur any other
action that may harm the agency or the homeowner. In this
case no refund is due.
