Payments to be made by bank transfer.

To confirm and ensure the reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total rent must be paid within 6 days.

The remaining 75%, together with the security deposit, must be paid 4 weeks before the arrival.

If reservation is made within 4 weeks of arrival date, full rent amount and security deposit must be paid at reservation.
